The Elise strain is a Fleuroselect Gold Medal winner. They are loved by the nursery industry because they bloom the first season without a cold period. Elise starts flowering 4-5 months after sowing.
Attractive, fleshy, succulent leaves form a 5″ rosette, with orange and peach flowers standing tall above the leaves. Others in the family can have shades of pastel pink, rose, salmon, orange, white and yellow, and bicolour patterns.
