This rather disappointing bulb did not produce flowers anything like as prolific as the pictures show and they lasted a very short period of time before looking like drowned rats. For two days they looked quite elegant, if a little garish with their white with red stripes. They are meant to rebloom, so perhaps there will be more to this display. Will supposedly grow to a clump 3′ tall and 4′ wide, but I doubt I will see this in a pot.
Crinum is native to South Africa.
