An erect, spreading shrub with round, dished leaves crowded on the younger stems, from Western Australia. It is fairly tolerant of a wide range of soil conditions and will grow in wet and dry soils, full sun or partial shade and is frost tolerant. It dislikes summer humidity. Flowers open lime green with red tips and change to bright red. Good low windbreak or screen.
Beaufortia orbifolia is native to Western Australia.
Full sun to partial shade. Drought tolerant once established. Tip pruning will help to keep the plant compact and well shaped.
