Hemerocallis 'Desert Flame'


Flowering plants in this family all have the characteristic that the flowers only last a day. However, there is generally a long succession of them on the same scape. They are rhizomatous perennials native to Asia. While the common name id daylily, they are not lilies, which are bulbs.

There are only 16 species but over 80,000 registered cultivars.
