This is a genus of succulent plants with at least 200 species, but some sites suggest over 350. Some are also suitable for intergenic hybridization. The most famous member is the Jade plant (Crassula ovata). They range in size from less than 1″ to 6′ shrubs. While Crassula can be found throughout the world, the majority are from South Africa.
