One of the lesser-known genus of terrestrial ferns native to Pacific Islands and Asia. There are about 50 species, but it is expected that additional ones are likely to be found in the rainforests of Vietnam. They are characterized by the sori being arranged in veins.
Name Derivation: From the Greek konios (dusty) and gramme (line); refers to the spore cases arranged along the veins
Coniogramme is in the family Pteridaceae.
